City of Cape Town upgrades five ECD centres to the tune of over R2-billion [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town has upgraded five early childhood development centres operating from city-owned properties during the past financial year. The upgrades costing over two-million-rand were at Leonsdale, Nantes, Avonwood, Hazendal and Smurf Bubbles in Bellville. More upgrades are planned for this financial year.
