DA slams Lesufi government over R199-million lost in pothole lawsuits [SOUND]

# The DA in Gauteng says premier Panyaza Lesufi’s government is failing residents as the Department of Roads and Logistics faces 988 lawsuits, costing nearly 199-million-rand in legal fees and settlements over the past five years. DA spokesperson Evert du Plessis says potholes, sinkholes, and faulty traffic lights endanger lives and damage vehicles.
