# ActionSA in Gauteng says it is deeply disturbed by voice note recordings implicating Emfuleni Municipality’s mayoral committee member for Public Works, Tumi Mochawe. The recordings seemingly implicate him in promising jobs in the newly established Water and Sanitation Special Purpose Vehicle to his political allies, ahead of the ANC Sedibeng’s regional conference. ActionSA’s Zwelithini Mtshali says this SPV was created to rescue residents from years of water and sanitation collapse in Emfuleni, but instead it’s being hijacked by ANC cadres:
