# The DA has welcomed a court ruling in favour of the Suid-Afrikaanse Onderwysersunie against the Gauteng Education Department. The Labour Court found the department violated grievance procedures in its handling of Pretoria High School for Girls principal Philippa Erasmus. She was suspended in July for three months without pay after being found guilty of two charges related to allegations of intimidation and abuse.
