Cape Town encourages residents to comment on the desalination plant study [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town says it has completed the feasibility study for the planned Paarden Eiland Desalination Plant. The study looks at the most feasible service delivery mechanism and model for the implementation and operation of the plant. Mayoral committee member for Water and Sanitation, Zahid Badroodien, says residents and stakeholders are invited to comment on the outcome of the feasibility study, which will determine how the metro’s first desalination plant will be built, operated and maintained:
