GOOD Party says Cape Town must address its own inefficiencies rather than shifting blame [SOUND]

# The GOOD Party says the City of Cape Town is once again shifting blame to the national government regarding the Dial-a-Ride service, rather than addressing its own inefficiencies. The metro says the service is oversubscribed as they experience capacity challenges, with the 28.2-million-rand annual budget being insufficient for the current 40-million-rand operating costs. The GOOD’s Roscoe Palm says the metro must stop hiding behind excuses and start fulfilling its responsibility to protect and empower its most vulnerable residents:
