# The KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Thulasizwe Buthelezi, has appointed Michael Sutcliffe as a governance expert to support the uMsunduzi Municipality. Sutcliffe, a former eThekwini municipal manager, will lead a turnaround plan aimed at enhancing service delivery, governance, investor confidence, and financial management.
