DA slams Gauteng schools of specialisation for lacking internet access [SOUND]

# The DA says Gauteng’s schools of specialisation, meant to teach high-tech subjects like aviation and nuclear science, are not connected to the internet. Education MEC Matome Chiloane confirmed that none of the schools are linked to the provincial broadband network. The DA’s Michael Waters says this is a crisis, especially after the schools faced 82-percent budget cuts. Waters urged the government to work with the private sector to get schools online:
