Western Cape government unveils R2-billion Founders Garden project with over 2,000 housing units [SOUND]

# The Western Cape government today launched Cape Town’s largest inner-city housing development, the Founders Garden project. The two-billion-rand development, located next to the Artscape Theatre, will deliver over two-thousand-600 units, including one-thousand-476 social housing and one-thousand-162 open market units.
