# The City of Tshwane says it will continue to dispatch roaming water tankers in Soshanguve to supply water until the network system is stabilised. Residents of Soshanguve, Mabopane, Ga-Rankuwa, and Winterveldt have been affected by water shortage due to ongoing scheduled maintenance at the Hartebeeshoek Reservoir by Rand Water. The metro’s spokesperson, Lindela Mashigo, says residents in low-lying areas are urged to use water sparingly once the supply returns:
