Tshwane sets aside R304-million to help the reconfiguration of its customer service offering [SOUND]

# Tshwane mayor Nasiphi Moya says 304-million-rand has been set aside in the 2025/2026 financial year for the Customer Relations Department. This is to help fund the reconfiguration of the customer service offering. The mayor’s spokesperson, Zintle Mahlati, says the metro will reclassify walk-in centres as mega, satellite or mobile, adding that this will help expand services per regional needs and capacity:
