COSATU demands probe into alleged police, judiciary misconduct [SOUND]

# The Congress of South African Trade Unions has called for an urgent independent commission of inquiry into serious corruption allegations involving senior officials in the police, judiciary, and correctional services. Cosatu’s Matthew Parks says the claims, raised by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, could undermine public trust in law enforcement. He insists that such serious accusations require swift, transparent investigation to restore confidence in the rule of law:
