Soil of Africa concerned about the incomplete Lusaka Clinic project in Mamelodi East [SOUND]

# Soil of Africa says it is concerned that health facilities like the 61-million-rand Lusaka Clinic in Mamelodi East have remained incomplete, even as the demand for healthcare has surged. The City of Tshwane has already spent 38-million-rand on the project, which started in July 2020 and was set to be completed at the end of July last year. Soil of Africa’s chairperson, Bongani King Ramontja, says delays to the construction of critical healthcare facilities are a deepening crisis:
