Over 700 properties worth R1.3-billion referred for penalty rates and taxes in Tshwane [SOUND]

# The City of Tshwane has referred 713 properties to the city’s Finance Department for implementation of penalty rates and taxes. These properties are where illegal landuse activities have been identified by the city’s Built Environment and Enforcement Division and remedial action has not been implemented by the owners.
