# Free State Education MEC Mantlhake Julia Maboya will launch the provincial Mother Tongue-Based Bilingual Education Campaign today in Qwa Qwa. The campaign aims to boost academic performance and promote linguistic and cultural diversity in primary schools. Maboya says the campaign focuses on enhancing proficiency in home languages and English, improving literacy and numeracy, and increasing learner confidence. Approximately 500 attendees, including parents, teachers, and traditional leaders, are expected to attend the launch.
