# EFF leader Julius Malema has slammed the DA for its ultimatum to president Cyril Ramaphosa over the dismissal of Trade and Industry deputy minister, Andrew Whitfield. Malema says the DA must respect government protocol and the presidency. He argues the DA’s complaints are unjustified, given their choice to join a coalition with the ANC. He says if the DA truly opposes corruption, it should leave the government and join the opposition benches:
