DA rejects ANC’s backdoor appeal on Ngwathe dissolution in Free State [SOUND]

# The DA has condemned what it calls the ANC’s blatant misuse of the Ngwathe Municipal Council in the Free State to rubber-stamp a decision already taken behind closed doors. During a special council meeting, it was asked to decide on appealing a court judgment ordering the dissolution of the council and placing it under administration.
