Tshwane Speaker denies silencing opposition, dismisses DA claims [SOUND]

# Tshwane Speaker Mncedi Ndzwanana has rejected the DA’s claims as baseless and misleading, following their planned motion of no confidence. The DA accuses him of tyranny and running the council like a dictatorship. His spokesperson, Sthembiso Sithole, says meetings are run fairly and in line with the Rules and Orders By-law. Sithole insists no councillors are being silenced and denies allegations of evading accountability:
