# The ANC in the Western Cape says significant changes can be expected in municipalities across the province in the coming months. This follows the return of Christo Boks, a former mayoral committee member of the DA in the Matzikama Municipality, to the ANC. Boks says there are plans to strengthen the ANC’s presence and performance in areas such as Vanrhynsdorp and Vredendal:
