# The Eastern Cape Transport Department says the N2 Highway between KwaBhaca and Kokstad is the latest addition in several roads that are covered in thick snow. The highway could be closed to traffic soon if the conditions don’t improve. The department’s spokesperson, Unathi Binqose, says the R58 road to Elliot at Barkley Pass, snow continues to fall heavily, making the road very slippery.
