# The City of Tshwane says the plan to deliver one-thousand-and-98 units at Chantelle Housing Project remains intact. The metro terminated the contract with the construction company after it failed to meet the agreed timelines. The project, aimed at providing affordable rental units to the middle and lower income bracket, ranges from one-thousand-850-rand to 22-thousand-rand per month. The metro says the project has been divided into two phases, with Phase 1 consisting of 618 units while Phase 2 consists of 480 units.
