# The Tshwane City Council has approved the establishment of a 3.9-percent Economic Growth Advisory Committee. This is to provide expert guidance and support in implementing the Tshwane Economic Revitalisation Strategy. Mayor Nasiphi Moya’s spokesperson, Zintle Mahlati, says the TERS, adopted earlier this year, sets an ambitious target to drive average economic growth of 3.9-percent per annum between 2025 and 2029. She adds that achieving this goal will require coordinated action across government, the private sector, and civil society:
