# The Gauteng Department of Health says it remains on high alert following a notice of planned water supply interruptions due to Rand Water’s infrastructure maintenance from today until Monday. Spokesperson Motalatale Modiba says the department, in collaboration with the cities of Ekurhuleni, Johannesburg and Tshwane has activated contingency measures.
