# A driver driving a yellow Porsche was arrested after crashing into a minibus taxi on FW de Klerk Boulevard in Cape Town, Western Cape. Cape Town traffic officers say his breathalyser reading was more than double the legal limit. The incident happened this morning. The City’s mayoral committee member for Safety, JP Smith, slammed the reckless act, warning that lawlessness will not be tolerated.
