Traditional leaders call for public to decide on land referendum [SOUND]

# The Congress of Traditional Leaders of South Africa says a referendum is the best way to resolve the land issue. Cotralesa secretary-general Zolani Mkiva says although the ANC promised action on land reform, traditional leaders now believe the public should decide.
