DA introduces Performing Animals Protection Amendment Bill in Parliament [SOUND]

# The DA says it has introduced a Performing Animals Protection Amendment Bill in Parliament to protect the rights of people with disabilities to access public and private spaces with their guide dogs and assistance animals.
