# The City of Tshwane says it has successfully concluded a pilot technical skills development programme for learners from special needs schools. This initiative, spearheaded by the Tshwane Leadership and Management Academy, forms part of the metro’s broader commitment to inclusive development and skills upliftment. The metro says in partnership with Mamelodi East School and Magalies Pre-Vocational School, 31 learners were enrolled in the programme, receiving practical training in welding, plumbing, and motor mechanics.
