Tshwane renovates Christiaan de Wet Building to cut costs [SOUND]

# The City of Tshwane says it has completed the full renovation of the Christiaan de Wet building. This forms part of the metro’s broader Office Space Optimisation Programme, an initiative focused on reducing unnecessary rental expenditure, revitalising municipal assets, and strengthening internal capacity. Mayoral committee member for Corporate and Shared Services, Kholofelo Morodi, says by reinvesting in city-owned infrastructure, Tshwane is reducing dependence on private leases, and enhancing service delivery capabilities:
