# The Garden Route District Municipality in the Western Cape says traffic is flowing freely again on the N2 near Knysna this morning after a truck overturned yesterday. Two people died when a truck which was carrying explosives burst into flames. As a precautionary measure, the area was sealed off with a radius of at least one kilometre. The municipality’s spokesperson, Herman Pieters, says a full investigation into the accident is being conducted:
