# Gauteng Health and Wellness MEC, Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko, has unveiled a cutting-edge health technology centre at Tshwane District Hospital, featuring three advanced digital x-ray machines. The centre seeks to reduced waiting times and improved diagnostics. The MEC also launched the I Serve With a Smile campaign, promoting kindness in healthcare. She emphasised that technology and compassionate service must go hand in hand to enhance patient care:
