# The City of Johannesburg has assured residents that proposed tariff increases for the 2025/26 financial year will not be finalised until public consultations conclude on 10 May. Other increases include 12.41-percent for electricity, 13.9-percent for water and sanitation, and 6.6-percent for refuse removal.
