# The City of Tshwane says it has obtained a court order to demolish two illegally constructed buildings located at 510 and 514 Luttig Street in Pretoria West. These structures, erected by George Asaba, were built in violation of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act. The metro says it has established that the buildings were constructed without approved building plans, posing significant risks to public safety and contravening municipal by-laws.
