Western Cape has no backlog in transport licence applications [SOUND]

# The Western Cape Department of Mobility has no backlog in public transport operating licence applications. The Provincial Regulatory Entity takes just more than a month to process applications, within the legal limit of 60 days. Operators can apply online and receive SMS updates on progress.
