Afrika Mayibuye Movement welcomes COSATU’s political resolutions and women’s leadership [SOUND]

# The Afrika Mayibuye Movement has welcomed three progressive commitments contained in COSATU 15th National Congress political resolutions. The commitments include advancing the National Democratic Revolution towards socialism, defending working-class and making political support conditional on a clear working-class programme. Mayibuye spokesperson Sydney Baloyi has also welcomed progress towards gender equality within COSATU’s leadership, with women occupying four of the six senior executive positions.
