Court hears about graphic video content exchanged between Sibiya and alleged sexually assaulted victims

# The Randburg Magistrate’s Court has heard allegations about a night involving suspended SAPS Deputy National Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya and two girls, aged 16 and 18. An investigating officer known as Sergeant Ndlovu says Sibiya allegedly took the girls to a strip club before returning to a hotel, where he allegedly suggested a drinking game called “dare or double-dare.” She also revealed communication between Sibiya and the 16-year-old allegedly requesting videos of a sexual nature.
