FORUM4SA calls for urgent, coordinated action as GBV Command Centre records a sharp increase in calls [SOUND]

# The Forum for South Africa is calling for urgent government action following a 21-percent increase in calls to the Gender-Based Violence Command Centre in September. Preliminary figures from the Department of Social Development show the centre received six-thousand-782 calls between the first and 16th of September, an average of 424 calls a day, compared with 350 in August.
