# The GOOD Party says Cape Town mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis has failed to present concrete plans to address the metro’s affordable housing crisis. In July, the Constitutional Court ruled that the sale of the Tafelberg School site in Sea Point to a private developer was unlawful. It ordered the metro and the Western Cape government to submit a report by month-end detailing their affordable housing record and plans to reverse spatial injustice. GOOD’s Secretary-General Brett Herron says the metro needs to provide low-income housing in well-located areas:
