# A multidisciplinary Operation Shanela in Eersterust and Silverton in Tshwane resulted in the arrest of 297 suspects over the weekend. They were apprehended for various criminal offences, including murder, attempted murder, armed robbery, assault and motor vehicle theft. Police spokesperson Johan van Dyk says 32 undocumented foreign nationals were also detained and handed over to immigration officials for further processing:
