# We kick off with rugby: Former Springbok flyhalf Morné Steyn says the Class of 2026 is in for an incredible experience in tomorrow’s third Test against the All Blacks at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. The venue, known as the Calabash, is expected to be packed with up to 90-thousand spectators. Lock Eben Etzebeth and captain Siya Kolisi are the only two Boks to have played in the stadium before. Steyn played their twice during his career and says it’s next level before 90-thousand people supporting you.

Meanwhile, All Blacks coach Dave Rennie says there is no bad blood between him and Bok coach Rassie Erasmus. This follows his accusations over South Africa’s alleged underhanded scrum tactics after the second Test in Cape Town. Rennie suggested the Boks were walking around opponents in the set-piece. # Cricket: A young Proteas side hopes for a first-ever T20 victory over the host in today’s tri-series clash in the Namibian capital of Windhoek. South Africa lost last week’s opening match against Namibia, with captain Björn Fortuin calling it a rude awakening. The Proteas then beat Zimbabwe twice and victory today will secure qualification for Sunday’s final. South Africa is without many regulars, but can count on exciting young talents such as Lhuan-dré Pretorius, Dewald Brevis and Kwena Maphaka, as well as experienced Tony de Zorzi.

# Soccer: FIFA has accused European soccer body UEFA of launching a smear campaign against its president, Gianni Infantino. UEFA has filed legal cases in three US courts requesting discovery of evidence connected to Infantino’s failed plan to sell stakes in the World Cup and other competitions to private investors. It has accused Infantino of criminal mismanagement. In court filings, FIFA claims UEFA’s argument suffers from a fundamental defect and legal deficiencies. It says UEFA is acting out of self-interest to protect its own competitions.

# And tennis: Australian Nick Kyrgios has accepted ‌and served a reduced, one-month ban after testing positive ‌for cocaine. The 31-year-old was provisionally suspended early last month after a sample he submitted during the Mallorca Open in Spain in June was found to contain a metabolite of cocaine. Kyrgios admitted to using cocaine at a nightclub. He entered into a treatment programme approved by the International Tennis Integrity Agency to ​reduce the three-month default suspension. Kyrgios’ one-month ban ended yesterday.
