# The DA in Tshwane says the removal of mayoral committee member for Utility Services, Frans Boshielo, just two months before an election is clearly the product of internal party politicking, not accountability for his failures. He has been replaced by Molatelo Samuel. The DA’s Themba Fosi claims Boshielo was removed from his position for refusing to fall in line with the coalition of corruption. He says Samuel has little time to make a meaningful impact on service delivery:
