# Taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni has told the Madlanga commission that businessman Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala and Katiso “KT” Molefe allegedly worked as hitmen for the late taxi boss Mswazi Msibi. Sibanyoni says Msibi strengthened his security after he confronted him over an alleged assassination attempt in 2006. He testified that Msibi surrounded himself with people known in the taxi industry, including Matlala and Molefe:
