# The National Education, Health and Allied Workers’ Union has condemned the Registrar of Labour Relations intention to cancel the registration of the Public Servants Association of South Africa as a trade union. NEHAWU spokesperson, Lwazi Nkolonzi says the Registrar published a notice in government Gazette following the ruling of the Labour Appeal Court, which raised serious concerns regarding the PSA’s compliance with the requirements of the Labour Relations Act.
