# Western Cape Police Commissioner Sizakhele Dyantyi says he is taking a zero-tolerance stance against officers who take bribes or abuse their power. A police officer who attempted to smuggle contraband into the holding cells at Mitchell’s Plain SAPS was arrested on Sunday. Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg says the officer found himself on the wrong side of the law when he accepted cash to take dagga and tobacco into the holding cells:
