# The Tshwane Metro Police Department says it continues to strengthen its response to drag racing by maintaining a visible regional policing presence at identified hotspots along the major route of Steve Biko Road in Gezina. This is to eliminate the dangerous act by those who disregard the law by illegally racing on public roads, putting the lives of innocent road users at risk. TMPD’s spokesperson Puleng Motholo says officers are conducting regular patrol rounds in Gezina:
