# The DA will lay criminal charges against what they call the least wanted terrible ten municipal managers. The six managers from the Free State, two from the Eastern Cape, and one each from North West and the Western Cape are accused of failing to submit financial statements. DA spokesperson Marina van Zyl says they must face consequences for gross negligence and alleged breaches of the Municipal Finance Management Act:
