# The Western Cape government has launched its first Infrastructure ministerial roundtable, bringing together government, business and industry leaders to accelerate infrastructure development in the province. Infrastructure MEC Tertuis Simmers also announced plans to release seven parcels of land for more than ten-thousand housing opportunities and signed partnership agreements to support infrastructure development and economic growth:
