City Power confirms outstanding billing queries have reduced significantly [SOUND]

# City Power says outstanding billing queries have reduced significantly since moving the billing system from the City of Johannesburg. In March, the power utility issued credits totalling 136-million-rand to 86 customers who were overcharged. City Power’s chief commercial officer, Thamsanqa Mathiso, says since the takeover in July last year, queries have reduced from around eight-thousand to below two-thousand:
