# The City of Cape Town will embark on a review of its spatial development and land use plans that guide how the city grows and develops. The review will include the main spatial framework and eight district plans that influence housing, infrastructure, transport, and environmental approvals. Mayoral committee member for Spatial Planning and Environment, Eddie Andrews, urged residents to register by 25 July to receive updates and participate in the process:
