# The DA says the City of Johannesburg is facing a fuel crisis that has left some municipal vehicles unable to operate, threatening service delivery. The party’s Belinda Kayser-Echeozonjoku says departments and entities, including Johannesburg Water and Pikitup, are affected by suspended refuelling services. She says a metro that cannot afford fuel also cannot afford additional ten-billion-rand financial commitments for a wage deal, that place even more pressure on already stretched finances:
