# ActionSA has condemned minister of Public Works and Infrastructure Dean Macpherson’s decision to institute legal proceedings against Parliament after he was sanctioned for breaching the Code of Ethical Conduct over racist remarks in which he called ActionSA’s supporters “Amapharas” and “Hobos”.
